Reserving a vehicle online:
You can reserve your car online with a fully refundable deposit of $200. If you are reserving a vehicle via our website https://www.autonationfawkner.com.au/, we will remove a vehicle from sale to the general public for a period no longer than 5 days and you have an obligation to be in contact with us within 24 hours of placing the reservation. Failure to do so will result in us acting in good faith in assuming that your intention is to rescind the transaction. As a result, the vehicle will be removed from reserved status and any monies deposited as cleared funds in our bank account will be returned, in full, to your original source of funds.

How long will my refund take?
If cancelling before signing the Vehicle Sales Contract the reservation deposit will be refunded in full. Please allow up to 3 - 5 working days.
For security reasons we can only make refunds via the original payment method you used.

Can I reserve a vehicle subject to me arranging finance?
We can still reserve your vehicle for 5 days while sorting out your finances. In the event where you fail to arrange finance for your vehicle purchase once you have reserved a vehicle, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit.
